Faith Can Fix Anything

LIFE GROUP QUESTIONS

Key Verse:  Hebrews 11:1 – Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

1. Believing faith can fix anything is more about putting faith in faith instead of faith in God. How can you tell if your trust is in God—or in the outcome you’re hoping for?

2.  We often think of faith, belief, and trust as different things in English, but in Scripture they come from the same Greek word and carry a much deeper, unified meaning. How does that reshape your understanding of those terms when it comes to Biblical faith?

3.  Read the key verse above.  Biblical faith is believing in God and trusting in Him no matter the outcome.  Have you ever felt like something was wrong with your faith because you didn’t see the outcome you were praying for? How does this truth challenge that feeling?

4.  The believers in Acts 12 obeyed by praying, even though their expectations seemed low. What does this show us about the role of obedience in faith? How can you apply that in your own life this week?
